- Oversee all operational aspects of the business, including fleet management, maintenance, rider experience, and safety protocols.
- Implement best practices and streamline processes to optimize operational efficiency.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of city managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Drive the recruitment, training, and development of high-performing teams.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay updated on local and national regulations, ensuring full compliance with government requirements and regulations.
- Develop relationships with local authorities and stakeholders to create a favorable operating environment.
Financial Management:
- Work with the CFO to develop and manage budgets, track financial performance, and ensure that operations are cost-effective.
- Implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability in the Brazilian market.

- Proven experience in executive leadership roles with a strong track record of managing operations in a rapidly growing organization.
- Experience in the micromobility, transportation, or related industries is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of the Brazilian market, regulations, and local dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken).
