Park the scooter in a designated parking area so it doesn’t block the way.
Once you have access to a phone or your account, contact support through the app or by emailing
esp.help@whoosh.bikeProvide your name, phone number, the date and time of the ride, and, if possible, send a photo of the scooter.
With this information, we’ll be able to close the ride and review the charge if necessary.
